This is the “I Forget You”. It’s a bitter-sweet fizzy drink that looks bad, but tastes great.
To make this you’re going to need:
+ 1 cup DRY Lavander Soda (Or seltzer/tonic)
+ 1 cup Raspberry Yerba Mate ( Or any unsweetened Raspberry Tea)
+ 3 table spoons Green Juice! (a la Boathouse Farms or Naked.)
+ The juice and rind of 1/2 Lime
First, get your Mate or Tea into a glass.
Next, juice and grate 1/2 a lime. Add in the lime juice, and muddle in the lime rinds.
- Optional: Mix in some fresh or dried mint with the lime rinds if you want.
Add 3 tablespoons of your green juice of choice and stir.
If you want ice, add it here. If not, top with 1 cup of DRY Lavender Soda (Or seltzer/tonic).
Garnish with a lime slice and enjoy!
